At Heal The Parent Heal The Child, we aim to provide high-quality educational resources and parent support services designed to assist families raising neurodiverse children.
This Refund Policy explains the circumstances in which refunds may or may not be provided for products and services purchased through our website.

2. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Many of the products available through our website are digital downloads, including:
• Parent resource guides

• OT home packs
• Social stories
• Worksheets and printable materials
• Journals and digital programs
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once a file has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
This is because digital files cannot be returned once delivered.
3. Faulty or Defective Digital Products

• Not accessible due to a technical issue

4. Coaching Sessions and Parent Support Services
Refunds for coaching services are handled as follows:
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrange another suitable time.
Cancellations
If you cancel a session:
• More than 24 hours before the scheduled time – the session may be rescheduled or refunded.
• Less than 24 hours before the session – refunds may not be available.
Missed Appointments
If a session is missed without notice, the session may be considered used and a refund may not be provided.
5. Programs and Educational Courses
If you enrol in a structured program or educational course:
Refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the program and the amount of content already accessed.
Refunds may not be available once:
• Program materials have been accessed
• Sessions have commenced
• Downloadable resources have been delivered
However, we will always attempt to resolve concerns fairly and reasonably.
6. Change of Mind
Refunds are not typically provided for change of mind after purchase of digital products.
Please ensure that you carefully review the product description before purchasing.

7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers may be entitled to a remedy if a product or service:
